General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

Article 1: Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all orders placed on the Lamadac Paris website (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") for the purchase of stainless steel, silver, and gold-plated jewelry. By placing an order, the Customer fully accepts these GTCS without reservation.

Article 2: Products

The main features of the products are presented on the Website. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but may not guarantee a perfect match with the actual product.

Article 3: Orders

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute with the Customer.

Article 4: Prices and Payment Terms

Prices are listed in euros and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges are specified before the order is confirmed. Payment can be made by credit card or other methods specified on the Website.

Article 5: Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the order. The Seller commits to shipping orders within 5 to 7 business days unless otherwise specified. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Please refer to the estimated delivery time when selecting the shipping method.

Article 6: Warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and warranty against hidden defects in accordance with legal provisions.

Article 7: Right of Withdrawal

For Customers in France:
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any reason or incurring penalties. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision via email or postal mail, including their order number.

For Customers in the United States:
The Customer has a 7-day period to return an unused product in its original packaging. The refund includes the product price but may exclude shipping fees. All return requests must include proof of purchase.

Customized items are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Article 8: Product Returns

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the product is defective or non-compliant.
